- How disputed claims and counter-responses are handled.
- The actions Anmol Digital may take against infringing or fraudulent content.
3. Ownership of Content
Anmol Digital does not claim ownership of music, sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, videos or other content submitted by a user.
The user or relevant rights holder continues to own the submitted content.
By submitting content to Anmol Digital, the user grants Anmol Digital a non-exclusive, worldwide and limited licence to reproduce, encode, format, host, store, deliver, distribute, communicate, display, monetise, promote and otherwise use the content only to the extent necessary to provide the selected distribution and related services.
The exact scope of this licence may also be governed by the applicable distribution agreement, service plan or written agreement between the user and Anmol Digital.
4. User Copyright Declaration
Every user submitting content represents and warrants that:
- The user owns or legally controls all necessary rights in the submitted content.
- The user has obtained all permissions, licences, releases and approvals required for the sound recording, musical composition, lyrics, vocals, performances, beats, samples, artwork, photographs, videos, logos and metadata.
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, contractual right or other legal right of any person.
- The content is not subject to an exclusive distribution agreement that prevents distribution through Anmol Digital.
- All artist names, contributor names, label names, copyright lines, publishing information and ownership details are accurate.
- The user is authorised to act on behalf of every artist, label, producer or rights holder identified in the release.
- The user will provide documentary proof of ownership or authorisation whenever requested by Anmol Digital or a digital platform.
Submission of false ownership information may result in rejection, takedown, withholding of royalties, account suspension or termination.
5. Prohibited Content
Users must not submit:
- Music, recordings, instrumentals or beats copied from another person without permission.
- Unlicensed samples, loops, stems or portions of copyrighted recordings.

- Any content that violates applicable law or the policies of a digital service provider.
Anmol Digital may reject or remove content where ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
6. Samples, Beats, Cover Songs and Remixes
The purchase or download of a beat, sample pack or instrumental does not automatically provide unrestricted commercial distribution rights.
Users must review the relevant licence and confirm that it permits:
- Commercial distribution.
- Monetisation.
- Use on streaming platforms.
- Content ID or user-generated-content claiming, where applicable.
- The intended number of streams, copies or users.
- Modification and creation of derivative works.
For cover songs, remixes, adaptations, translations or recreated compositions, the user must obtain all licences and permissions required under applicable law and platform rules.
Anmol Digital may request licence agreements, invoices, consent letters, no-objection certificates, split sheets, publishing permissions or other proof before processing a release.

11. False or Abusive Complaints
Any person submitting a copyright complaint must act honestly and in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false ownership claims, forged documents, misleading statements or abusive takedown requests may result in rejection of the complaint, suspension of services and potential legal liability.
12. Platform-Level Actions
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, Meta, JioSaavn and other digital platforms operate under their own copyright and content policies.
Anmol Digital does not control:
