2. General Refund Policy

Anmol Digital provides digital and professional services that may involve account setup, release review, metadata verification, technical processing, delivery preparation, customer support and submission to third-party digital platforms.

Once a service has been activated, processing has started, a release has been reviewed or content has been submitted to a digital platform, the corresponding payment is generally non-refundable.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory right or remedy available under applicable law.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

3.1 Duplicate Payment

A refund may be considered if the same invoice, plan or service was paid more than once because of a verified technical or payment-processing error.

3.2 Incorrect Debit

A refund may be considered where an amount greater than the displayed or agreed amount was charged due to a verified technical error.

3.3 Payment Completed but Service Not Activated

A refund may be considered where payment was successfully received, but Anmol Digital did not activate or begin the purchased service solely because of an internal error and failed to correct the issue within a reasonable period after being notified.

3.4 Cancellation Before Processing

A cancellation request may be considered if it is received before account activation, release review, onboarding, document preparation, technical processing or any other service work has begun.

Approval remains subject to verification that no work or non-recoverable third-party cost has already been incurred.

3.5 Service Permanently Unavailable

A refund may be considered if Anmol Digital permanently discontinued the purchased service before providing any material part of it and no reasonable replacement service was offered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will normally not be issued where:

  1. The user changes their mind after purchasing or activating a plan.
  2. The user no longer wishes to release or distribute the submitted content.
  3. A release is rejected because of incorrect metadata, poor-quality audio, unsuitable artwork or incomplete information.
  4. A digital platform rejects, delays, restricts, removes or declines to monetise a release.
  5. A release is rejected or removed because of copyright, trademark, impersonation, sampling, licensing or ownership concerns.
  6. The user submits content that violates Anmol Digital policies or the rules of a digital platform.
  7. The user fails to provide requested documents, identity verification, tax information, bank information, licences or ownership proof.
  8. The account is suspended or terminated due to policy violation, fraud, artificial streaming, abusive conduct or unlawful activity.
  9. Distribution has already been initiated or completed.
  10. A takedown is requested by the user after delivery.
  11. The user provides incorrect artist names, release titles, dates, territories, contributor details, copyright lines or other metadata.
  12. The user purchases the wrong service or plan and processing has already started.
  13. The user expects guaranteed streams, earnings, playlist placement, monetisation, verification, chart position or audience growth.
  14. Delays are caused by digital platforms, banking systems, payment processors, public holidays, technical outages, force majeure events or information missing from the user.
  15. The payment relates to a custom service, priority processing, manual review, documentation, correction, migration, takedown or other work that has already been performed.
  16. Third-party charges, payment gateway charges, banking charges, taxes or platform-related costs have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.

5. Store Rejection Is Not a Service Failure

Anmol Digital acts as a distributor and service provider. Final acceptance of content is controlled by the relevant digital platform.

A platform's rejection, delay, editorial decision, territory restriction, demonetisation or takedown does not automatically mean that Anmol Digital failed to provide the purchased service.

No refund will be provided solely because a release did not appear on a particular platform, was not approved within an expected time or did not generate the expected number of streams or royalties.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the customer must email: support@anmoldigital.in .

The request should include:

  • Customer's full name.
  • Registered email address.
  • Phone number.
  • Invoice or payment reference.
  • Transaction ID.
  • Payment date and amount.
  • Purchased plan or service.
  • Detailed reason for requesting the refund.
  • Supporting screenshot or bank statement, where relevant.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

7. Request Period

Refund requests should be submitted within seven calendar days of the relevant payment or discovery of the verified payment error.

Requests submitted after this period may be declined unless required to be considered under applicable law.

8. Review and Approval

Anmol Digital may verify:

  • Whether the payment was received.
  • Whether the account or service was activated.
  • Whether work had already started.
  • Whether content had been reviewed or distributed.
  • Whether third-party costs were incurred.
  • Whether the user violated any policy.
  • Whether the request is supported by sufficient evidence.

Anmol Digital may request additional information before making a decision.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within 7 to 15 business days after approval.

The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer or payment service used for the original transaction.

Refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. Where this is not technically possible, Anmol Digital may request verified bank details from the customer.

10. Partial Refunds and Deductions

Where part of a service has already been performed, Anmol Digital may approve a partial refund after deducting:

  • Work already completed.
  • Administrative or onboarding expenses.
  • Non-recoverable third-party charges.
  • Payment processing charges.
  • Applicable taxes or statutory deductions.
  • Other costs reasonably incurred in providing the service.

11. Failed or Pending Transactions

Where money is debited but the payment is marked failed or pending, customers should first allow the relevant bank or payment provider's normal reconciliation period.

If Anmol Digital has not received the payment, the customer may be required to contact their bank or payment provider directly.

Anmol Digital cannot refund an amount that it has not received.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Anmol Digital before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a false, misleading or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Account suspension.
  • Removal of distributed content.
  • Withholding of royalties.
  • Recovery of chargeback fees.
  • Restriction of future services.
  • Legal or collection action where appropriate.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel the customer's contractual obligations.

13. Plan Changes

A plan may be upgraded subject to payment of the applicable difference.

Downgrades, unused features, unused release limits or partial use of an account do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any approved plan adjustment will be subject to the commercial terms displayed at the time of the request.

14. Taxes

Taxes, government charges and statutory deductions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where a tax amount has already been deposited or cannot legally be reversed, that amount may not be refundable.

15. Changes to This Policy

Anmol Digital may update this Refund Policy when required by changes in law, payment systems, platform requirements or business operations.

The Policy applicable on the payment date will ordinarily govern the relevant transaction, except where a later change is required by law.
